I was getting frame rate slowdown yesterday for a short time it seems more prone doing it when there is a lot going on at one time so possibly either a graphics or server issue or both. I don't see anything in your video that looks abnormal. Is it a specific part of the video, or the whole thing that's supposedly in slow motion?
